Disconnect the battery ground cable.

Remove the engine cover.

.

Disconnect the three electrical connectors.   Release the fuel return line valve.

Remove the intake air shutoff throttle elbow retaining bolt.

.

Release the intake air shutoff throttle elbow.   Remove the intake air shutoff throttle retaining stud.

.

Release the LH EGR valve outlet tube retaining clip.

.

Release the RH EGR valve outlet tube retaining clip.

.

Reposition the intake air shutoff throttle.

.

Remove the intake air shutoff throttle.

.

:   Do not disassemble further if the component is removed for access only. Remove and discard the O-ring seals.

.

: The O-ring seals are to be reused unless damaged. Install the intake air shutoff throttle.

.

Align the intake air shutoff throttle.

.

Secure the RH EGR valve outlet tube.

.

Secure the LH EGR valve outlet tube.

.

Secure the intake air shutoff throttle elbow.   Tighten the intake air shutoff throttle retaining stud to 10 Nm (7 lb.ft).

.

Tighten the intake air shutoff throttle elbow retaining bolt to 10 Nm (7 lb.ft).

.

Connect the three electrical connectors.   Secure the fuel line return valve.

.

Install the engine cover.

.

Connect the battery ground cable.
